Already, of course, there are several ways to listen to MP3s on both consoles, but this new feature allows us to upload once our music on the cloud then have it always at hand without having to transfer via USB sticks or other means. The whole operation is very simple, here's how:
- Open the Music folder for OneDrive on your PC or on the web
- Copy the MP3s of your favorite songs and wait until loading is completed (in the PC version a small icon indicates that synchronization is in progress)
- Open the app Xbox Music on Xbox or Xbox 360 One and apply the update
- Select the option "collection", where you will find all your songs loaded, ready to play
If the app will recognize albums and artists of your songs, the play offers a slideshow of photographs in the archive; a welcome addition.
Moreover, venture a hypothesis: this is the first step to introduce a much requested feature from users Xbox One, i.e. the ability to listen to your own music in the background while you play? Keep our fingers crossed.
