Microsoft has declared that the Games with Gold that allows subscribers to download free Live Gold titles from Marketplace, has been extended indefinitely and therefore will end at the end of this year as previously announced by the Redmond giant.

The company has found great enthusiasm on the part of the community and this was the main reason that led to this decision. Downloaded titles were very appreciated to such an extent as to record more than 120 million hours of gameplay. One more reason to continue to appreciate the current console even after you exit the new Xbox One: for now the Games with Gold remains a prerogative of the current console and there are no news about a possible extension of the program also on Xbox One.
