Ben Feder will no longer be CEO of Take Two from 1 January

Take-Two's Ben Feder announced that it will no longer be CEO of the company from 1 January 2011. The chairman Strauss Zelnick will take its place in the executive VP Karl Slatoff promoted to COO, Chief Operating Officer. The reason that Feder will leave office is to "continue his plans to travel to Asia with his family for an extended period, even if it remains in position to" ensure an orderly transition. " Slatoff's role as COO is already effective from Monday past.

"I am proud of our team for Take-Two turned into a company more profitable, more diversified and growth-oriented," so said Feder. Now that Take-Two is at its peak financial Feder to honor certain "duties" which has towards his family. Certainly in the last four years, Take-Two has grown a lot and we are happy, then hope Federer will enjoy the time with his family.
