The release of Red Dead Redemption 2 approaches unrelenting-there are only two weeks at the exit of the game-and Rockstar continues with the release of useful insights on the game. This time it's the turn of arms, which like many other elements of the title have been reproduced with extreme loyalty not only visually, but also in producing mechanical noises and of arming and charging, as well as the need for maintenance. Read on for all the details and to see the new images of the game!

Weapons

Detail, depth and the choices are crucial in Red Dead Redemption 2 and weapons are no exception.

There are more than 50 weapons only to use, tons of customization options and a wide range of different ammo that improve accuracy, range and damage. More a weapon is used and the more efficient. At the same time, if you do not make the proper care, it will begin to wear out. A good weapon must be kept clean and well oiled.

Choice of weapons and customization

Thanks to the endless possibilities of customization, you can build a unique weapon that fits you. You can change the appearance of the weapon by changing metal, wood, enamel and engravings. You can also improve performance with new drums, grips and viewfinders. The performance of each weapon are differentiated by damage, range, rate of fire, accuracy and reload speed. It is therefore very important to choose carefully depending on your situation.

The high rate of fire of a double-action revolver is well suited to shoot on the move while you ride. If you have a hand engaged because you're carrying a lantern or a small animal, you should use a sawed-smooth, more effective at close range than other one-handed weapons. The rifle is perfect for Varmint rifles to hunt small animals, because it causes less damage to the skins and meat compared to larger caliber weapons.

When you stand in front of one or two enemies you can opt for a Springfield rifled gun, which has a lower rate of fire, but inflicts far more damage. A sniper rifle is obviously a good choice, if the target is distant, but the sights can be adapted to all other types of rifle, allowing you to switch between normal view viewfinder at all times.
