Bandai Namco has released a new movie of Dragon Ball FighterZ that presents us with Android 16, Cyborg created Dr. Frost. In the video the wrestler performs several attacks against C-18 and then run the Hell's Flash, a devastating technique that sees the use of two powerful cannons-located inside of the arms-which release a powerful energy blast.
