Microsoft announced that begins today, for the members Preview of Alpha Ring , the testing phase of the already announced gift function of digital titles. That, remarkably, does not mean that we will give the games we have already purchased and redeemed.

What we could do, instead, is to buy a stake in the Store with a friend on Live or an email address; to purchase finished, the recipient of your gift will come a message on Live (if we have set a friend Live as a recipient) or an email with a code to redeem the game. The code can then be transferred and redeemed by others, as possible with any Live code.
