Please note that, as expected, Microsoft has today turned backward compatibility with the first 13 games (11 in Italy, since apparently Dead to Rights and KOF Neowave are not present on our store) of the first Xbox, which will thus now playable by everyone I have them on disk or available via Games Store. But that's not all: to celebrate the arrival of backward compatibility, Ninja Gaiden Black is free for all owners of the Xbox Game Pass !

Please note however that this is a progressive roll-out, so not everyone could see the games instantly available, especially when bought in digital.
