Clockwork City will be free for all those who are members of the ESO plus and is instead sold by all other players with 2000 crowns through the Crown Store . If you prefer the Clockwork City Collector's Bundle that includes the DLC's base, a new pet, Clockwork Skeevaton , a new mount, Kagouti Fabricant, and 5 new scrolls experience, you can purchase it with 4000 crowns in Crown Store.
