Announced action RPG souls-like Immortal: Unchained

Sold Out and Toadman Interactive have announced with a trailer Immortal: Unchained, title that blends elements of action RPG to those of third-person shooter in which you highlight combat Dynamics souls-like .

Immortal: Unchained puts us in a futuristic world and fantastic destroyed by cataclysm and where the main character, prisoner and lacks any memory, is freed by a keeper, of course it could be the last resort to save the world.

The title has a great customization of the protagonist and a wide range of unique weapons that will enable us to proceed in the game and to better face the battles and enemies we will encounter. The narrative segment has been elaborated by Anne Toole ( The Witcher ) and Adrian Vershinin ( Killzone: Shadow Fall and Battlefield 1 ).

What is Immortal: Unchained?

Immortal: Unchained is a new title inspired by the kind Souls. Me and my team we are insatiable fans of this genre and wanted to revisit our way. What's new? Well, first of all is set in a fantasy universe rather bizarre, which is about to collapse due to a cosmic event. Within the game you are a living weapon and your goal is to prevent this cataclysm. In addition, we decided to create a shooter, with firearms.

You got it right!

We said firearms! Take aim and land your enemies: they will try to do the same with you in adrenaline sports clashes in average distance and range. However, don't expect anything like a conventional shooter. Mobility, direction of attack and dodges at the perfect time are crucial for survival and victory. Prepare to undergo a hail of bullets: just like the titles that have inspired, this game is not a walk. However, efforts will be rewarded with great satisfaction whenever evade an enemy attack and seize the opponent by surprise behind destroying it completely with a download of lead (or plasma, acid, etc.) on his back, watching him while dying engulfed in flames.

Death is a hard lesson

You're protected by Monolith, an ancient structure that dominates the flow of the Cosmos. And believe me, sometimes it's your only salvation. His mysterious powers are able to bring you back to life when you die, but – of course – the loot you collected will stay where you were killed. That way, you'll learn from your mistake, and then return to where you were defeated and exploit the experience to try and do better. The cycle of defeat, acquired knowledge and, finally, victory is for us one of the real pillars of this kind

Explore many worlds

The Cosmos of Immortal consists of numerous worlds, and in the game you will be able to visit a few. All worlds are connected through a complex network called "Stream". Explore the Stream and its worlds as fascinating as they are lethal during your mission, and gather clues, equipment and awards to become a weapon powerful enough to save Cosmos.

Can you handle it?

But why must you be you save Cosmos? Well, you have to find out for yourself. The main plot is not an element that affects the story, or at least not to a large extent. We prefer that it is harder to see current and past facts, without that history is a hindrance to the gamer who can't wait to jump into the fighting as soon as possible. Once you start digging into the history, you'll find lots of untold stories about the hidden world beneath the surface. The story was written by our brilliant narrative team, which also includes Anne Toole (The Witcher) and Adrian Vershinin (Killzone: Shadow Fall, Battlefield: 1). Personally, I love the game and I hope it is for you.
