2 k and Firaxis have announced that the highly anticipated DLC of XCOM 2 War of the Chosen , which will introduce new factions, new players, new game mechanics and a new campaign, will arrive on consoles on 12 September instead of August 29 as planned so far. This will allow developers to take a last finishing touch to the content before release.
