The Elder Scrolls Online: Bethesda reveals how will be improved on Xbox One X

As we know, the launch of the Xbox One X several titles will be updated in order to take full advantage of the power of the new console, and among them will be The Elder Scrolls Online , including the new expansion Morrowind . Bethesda has now explained at E3 in what consist of improvements to Microsoft's new game console.

The Director of the game, Matt flowers, explained that for Xbox One X will be merged two alternative ways have already created for PS4 Pro. On the Sony consoles, in fact, players can choose between two modes: better resolution , with 4 k rendering at 30 frames per second, or best graphics , which keeps the internal resolution to 1080 p but applies a set of graphical improvements as better lighting with shadows, ambient occlusion and best performance of water.

The Xbox version of the game will not make that choice One X instead because, due to the greater power of the console developers will be able to get better resolution and best graphics , rendering then a 4 k 30 FPS and adding the graphical improvements mentioned. This will make the game visually more beautiful not only in 4 k resolutions, but also for those of TV FullHD, allowing them to enjoy the graphical improvements and from already known reduction of aliasing caused by supersampling by 4 k.

If you were wondering, for now the study did not mention the possibility of giving up the graphical enhancements for 4 k and 60 fps graphics instead, so for now this hypothesis seems ruled out.

From here to the console output many other studies show us how they intend to exploit the power of Xbox One X : as I announce, I'll drive you back promptly.
