Microsoft: the VR Project Scorpio will not be shown at E3 and won't arrive this year

One of the features that differentiate Project Scorpio from Xbox One, in addition to more power, is support for VR, announced along with the console during E3 2016. It seems though that this feature will not be part of the revelation of the console Xbox's E3 Conference, scheduled for Sunday evening.

This was revealed by Microsoft engineer Alex Kipman, which is talking to Polygon explained that currently the House of Redmond is committed to ensure that VR and mixed reality are a hit on the PC, and are not yet ready to engage on the front console.

Kipman explained that, in the vision of Microsoft, viewers VR for consoles need to be wireless, and then saw that the technologies are not yet mature on that front it would not make sense to start talking about it. For this reason, then, the VR will not come out of Project Scorpio before 2018.

We just now have to wait the 23:00 on Sunday 11 June to see what surprises are in store for us!
