Valkyria Revolution: a new video dedicated to the soundtrack

Sega today released a new video for Valkyria Revolution devoted to orchestral soundtrack. " For this game we had the honor of working with the legendary Composer Yasunori Mitsuda. " said Andrew Davis, associate producer for SEGA of America, continuing " Mitsuda is a veteran of the gaming industry, and is currently at the head of his music production studio dedicated to games, anime, movies and many other projects ".

Since the world of Valkyria Revolution is partly inspired by the nineteenth-century Europe, Mitsuda decided to perform the soundtrack to an entire Symphony orchestra: every piece of subfloor you will hear during the game was recorded in concert hall by the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra.

" Electronic music is great but certain sizes and sensations can be obtained only through the sessions recorded live in the studio. In addition to the exciting melodies for which Mitsuda-san is famous, I expect the players to remain open-mouthed to the air of "motion picture drama class" who rarely felt in the soundtrack of a video game , "added Andrew Davis.

Valkyria Revolution will be distributed in Europe from 30 June to Xbox One . We remind you that pre-order copies and copies of the physical launch of the limited edition of the game will include a bonus CD with 12 selected tracks from the soundtrack by Yasunori Mitsuda: If you are a fan of this composer already for a long time, is the version for you.

If you choose the digital pre-order you will receive other bonuses, including 30 ragnite fragments, a special ragnite reserve to use in combat (timestream + healing + Field and Landslide +) and more.

We leave you to video: enjoy and happy listening!
