Mode 7 and Smac Games have posted today a trailer that reveals the release date of the isometric action-game Tokyo 42: the title will be available on Xbox One next May 31 . In Tokyo 42 , which takes inspiration from titles such as Grand Theft Auto and Syndicate , will wear the shoes of a character who finds herself in a world of ruthless killers and in which we will explore and accomplish missions in a stylized future Tokyo.

The single player mode, characterized by a strong action element mixed with a stealth component, takes place in a fully explorable and full of secret areas. Progressing in the game will also be available a variety of weapons to choose from, including pistols, machine guns, sniper rifles, katana and many others. Tokyo 42 also includes a multiplayer arena mode, where two opponents in a small area will try to eliminate each other.
