Increase this statistic will allow us to create outposts and improve Andromeda space station Initiative. However you will need to reach the 40% of life before a planet is ready to support the space station, you can reach that value environmental threats or risks disrupting on the planet, allying with the local population and completing specific tasks.

Finally, each planet has a vast network of ancient "safes", access them, and write them on the net could be a major challenge, but could also be the solution for survival in the Andromeda Galaxy.
