Phil Spencer: will continue to go out only for Xbox and PC only

During an interview with Major Nelson to launch Halo Wars 2 , Director of Microsoft's Xbox Phil Spencer has briefly discussed the importance of the program Play Anywhere and how this is enabling easy creation of development studios Xbox versions of PC games, which we recently saw the arrival in exclusive Xbox titles like Fallout Shelter and Cities : Skylines .

But it is in particular a statement of Spencer to have aroused the interest of the fans: as you probably know, the previous E3 Microsoft announced that all future games First Party would arrive on both Xbox and PC, just to better support the program Play Anywhere. During the interview the Manager has explained " we will still have games that come out on PC only, and others that come out only on console" .

It is unclear if this phrase was referring to Microsoft Game Studios games, opening the possibility of complete Xbox exclusives that won't come out of the PC, or if was referring to the Xbox platform in General, stating simply that they will continue to get Xbox exclusives from third-party studies without a counterpart PC.

As for the many questions emerged in recent times, the answer will come probably in the course of E3, and specifically during the previously announced Conference Xbox; We will be as always there to bring you all the news, so stay tuned!
