Microsoft has just announced that from 20 to 30 January there will be a new multiplayer beta of Halo Wars 2 , the new real time strategy game to arrive on February 21. The beta will aim to give it a try Blitz mode, sort of a cross between a card game and a RTS in which we will have to build a deck that contains units and special attacks of various kinds and then people on the battlefield against the other players.

The beta will take place on the map "Proving Grounds" ( test site ) and offer 2v2 and 1v1, 3v3 match. Obviously the progress and papers to make money during the beta will not be transportable in the final game, but there will be some "special awards" for those who participate in the beta: two packs of free cards to be discarded in the final game, one obtained simply by playing at least once, and the other after finishing the first game.
