Spencer: developers are already working on Xbox Scorpio

As we know we will have to wait a lot before you can get your hands on Project Scorpio , the new enhanced Xbox One that Microsoft has announced at E3, as the launch is scheduled for the end of 2017. This does not mean that developers if they are on our hands.

Asked by a fan who asked him if the developers were already working on Scorpio, the head of Xbox Phil Spencer has in fact responded on Twitter " Yes, hardware, platform and games ".

While the first two were granted-it's obvious that Microsoft is already working on the hardware and operating system (which is almost identical, visually and functionality, that of Xbox One)-the third was less obvious: it seems there are already working to support the new console developers with their games.

This of course does not mean that we are developing Xbox exclusive games Scorpio since we know that this will be banned from MS outside of titles, nor the developers have already received the new console: it simply means that studios working on upcoming titles in late 2017 are working hard to ensure that such games can turn as much on the current Xbox One that on an enhanced version of the same putting them in "Ultra" as you do on your PC.

To know something concrete on the new console we will still wait: it is likely that you do not get new ads about before spring, or even at E3. Obviously we await impatient every news which will drive you back promptly!
