Ubisoft , in association with GameStop and ESL Italy, announced the start of the first Italian Championship of Rainbow Six: Siege on Xbox One. Following the announcement last week of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Pro League , the international contest in association with Xbox and ESL which will start in March, the software house has decided to reveal new details about the tournament that will affect our country.

The Championship is divided into two phases: the qualifiers and finals.

Registrations for the first of four qualifying stages opened officially Thursday, February 4, while the first Cup will be held from February 15 online. The winners of this first selection, as well as having guaranteed access to the Italian Championship finals, they will also have a chance to qualify for the European International Championship Pro League title.

The subsequent stages of qualification will be always online, 22 and 29 respectively since February, until you reach the fourth and final phase, which will take place on 11 March at the Videogameshow in Milan.

The best four teams of each Cup qualification, two for Xbox One and two for PC, will advance to the final tournament, which will be held on 12 and 13 March at the Videogameshow in Milan. For the winners are provided prizes and gadgets.
