As you know if you have pre-ordered the Collector's Edition of Halo 5: Guardians , for logistical reasons in this year's game will present only a download code instead of the physical disk; in this regard, Microsoft and 343 Industries had promised it would be possible to exchange the code for a copy of the game. Now we have confirmation that the initiative is valid in Europe (including Italy), and find out how it will work.

If you purchased the Limited Edition Collector's Edition of Halo 5: Guardians will receive the digital version of the game through redeemable code. This will allow you to download preview Halo 5: Guardians the week before the launch and be ready to play on day of release in their region.  Note : there is no guarantee the early access to the game. Leave your console settings on "automatic" to allow the download of content before launching and ensuring the ability to start playing on 27 October.

Xbox support and 343 Industries offer customers the opportunity to Exchange digital codes physical versions of the game. The offer is available in the following markets: North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Mexico. To qualify, the following conditions are required:

• You have the Limited Edition Collector's Edition Halo 5: Guardians.
• The code for the digital version of Halo 5: Guardians has not been redeemed.

How to swap the code for the digital version of Halo 5: Guardians with a physical copy

3. Once connected, inform the clerk that you want to exchange the digital code of Halo 5: Guardians are not yet redeemed with a physical disk.
4. You will need to provide the following information:
   • Xbox Gamertag
   • E-mail address
   • 25 code token characters
   • Shipping address

Once you place your order, you will receive the disc and a code to redeem the LCE content (bundle Warzone REQ and Halo: The Fall of Reach) within 3-5 business days.
